How can I schedule an appointment?

Which insurance companies do you accept?
We are providers for most common insurance companies, such as Delta Dental® and BlueCross® PPO plans. Please verify with your insurance company whether we are providers for your specific plan. If you are uninsured, inquire about our Loyalty Program for non-insured patients.
What payment options are available?
We accept CareCredit® financing, major credit cards, cash and checks. Patients paying with cash or check are eligible for a 5% discount.
What if I do not have insurance?
You can still receive care without insurance. We offer membership plan options that may include preventive care, treatment discounts, no waiting periods and simple monthly or annual pricing.
What is a deductible, and do I always have to pay it?
A deductible is the amount you may need to pay before your insurance starts covering certain services. Not every service requires a deductible, so our team can help review your benefits before treatment.
What is the difference between indemnity, PPO and HMO plans?
- Indemnity: Often called “traditional” insurance, it allows you to visit any dentist, and the insurer pays a set portion of the dentist’s fee.
- PPO: Provides a network of dentists with discounted rates but allows for out-of-network flexibility.
- HMO: Limits coverage to a specific network of providers with fixed copays.
What if my insurance does not cover the full cost?
If your insurance does not cover everything, we will explain your estimated out-of-pocket cost before treatment so you can make informed, confident decisions about your care.
Do you accept Medicaid?

How often should I get my teeth cleaned?
Every six months, though some patients need more frequent visits.

When should children first see a dentist?
We recommend scheduling a child’s first dental visit when their first tooth appears or by age one.
How often should I replace my toothbrush?
Generally, every three months or sooner if the bristles are worn.
